«Scientific - Production Enterprise «Vzlet» more than 30 years performs the special aerial photography for national economy, and since 1992 operates, in particular, in the interests of the Federal Land Cadastre Service of Russia (GOSKOMZEM) at providing of the land use planning and conducting the state land cadastre according to the contracts with executive authorities of RF subjects in Moscow, Kaluga, Bryansk, Smolensk, Samara, Ivanovo regions and also in the Tatarstan and Sakha Yakutiya Republics. Air photographing were carried out also in the interests of the RF Ministry of Forestry in Murmansk region, for oil-and-gas industry, for ecological monitoring and for other purposes, according to all directions and other normative and technical requirements inherent to the Russian Defence Complex.
«Vzlet» possesses high scientific and technical potential, industrial premises, a sufficient number of highly skilled experts, many of which have scientific degrees and titles, a wide range of modern means of measurements, technical-, process-equipment and software for aerofilm-making and topographical assignment providing the performance of all kinds of aerofilm-making works and manufacturing the derivative materials for these purposes. The technical equipment includes many aerial cameras with various focal lengths, navigating satellite complexes on the basis of TNL-1000 receivers (Trimble Navigation, USA), the equipment for reception of meteorological information.
«Vzlet» carries out aerial photography according to the following licenses:
- The Federal Service of Geodesy and Cartography of Russia GK000799 reg. No RК 10212 by 01.03.2000;
- The RF Federal Security Service (FSB), Moscow region department No B310247 reg.No 463 by 20.12.96.
Besides «Vzlet» is entrusted by the RF State Inspection on Geodetic Supervision to coordinate with the RF General Staff of Air Forces and other departments of the RF Ministry of Defense the permission to implement air - photography.
For many years «Vzlet» in cooperation with other institution participates in the land inventory cities and other settlements. There was especially close cooperation between «Vzlet» and «PO Continent» Ltd., having a great experience in performance of various kinds of land-cadastral and topographic-and-geodesic works by means of the modern satellite geodetic equipment (the reception equipment produced by Ashtech Dimension, USA).
Now «Vzlet» in cooperation with NPAGP «Meridian» Ltd. has an opportunity to perform the following basic kinds of land-cadastral and topographic-and-geodesic works:
- Implementing the air photography at any scales.
- Carrying out all kinds of geodetic (engineering and research) works on land-surveying and establishing of the administrative-territorial borders and the land areas according to the uniform state system.
- Thickening the schemed basis by using of the photogrammetric techniques.
- Manufacturing the scaled pictures.
- Creating digital orthogonal photomaps hard- and software presentations.
- Updating and drawing-up cadastral, topographical and thematic maps and plans.
- Creating the municipal, regional geoinformation systems.
- Monitoring the land surface, the fixing of the ecological and other issues by using the aerial photograph materials.
- Executing the different kinds of land-inventory, including cities and other settlements.
- Creating the electronic maps and databases.
